If you notice a change in your habits such as sleeping, eating, and mood changes, then its time you get your emotional health check up done to help you decide better.

Online payment through Master/ Visa debit Card or Credit card/ Paytm/Google pay
What psychological methods are used?
All therapies are client centered and address the needs of the client. Certain approaches that I use depending on the need of the client are: Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), Existential behavior therapy, and others
Is my information confidential?
Your privacy is our prime concern. No information is shared with anyone under any circumstances unless in case where your life is at risk or the lives of others is at possible risk. Only then the information will be shared with concerned authorities.
What is the duration of the session?
A counseling session can be anywhere between 45mins to one hour.
What can i expect?
Based on your response to the questionnaire we will use various therapeutic strategies and approaches to assist you in the best possible way.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
